Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Manager
Location: Factorybased
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive change and improvement as we enter our next chapter. This is an exciting interim role where you will oversee the entire production lifecycle from goodsin to dispatch while guiding and mentoring a team of three supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direction to warehouse production and dispatch teams developing supervisors leadership skills and enhancing their ability to manage staff effectively.
Process Improvement: Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies using the balanced scorecard approach. Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S lean management and problemsolving.
Operational Excellence: Ensure highquality production standards meet daily dispatch targets and maintain ontime delivery to clients. Youll also drive the successful adoption of our ERP system across departments.
Health & Safety: Uphold a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety protocols conducting risk assessments and promoting employee wellbeing.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the Head of Manufacturing to plan for the future including succession planning and capacity forecasting.

What Were Looking For:
Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and project management skills.
A strategic mindset with a focus on high standards and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to drive results and build a collaborative safetyfirst work culture.
