What You Will Do as a Sales & Marketing Intern:
- Gain handson experience by travelling to different locations in Toronto and Ontario with a companyprovided vehicle.
- Learn to effectively communicate the value of safety and security to potential customers.
- Work closely with our experienced team to review customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Advise and recommend home automation and protection needs based on customer preferences.
- Stay updated and knowledgeable about our products and services to assist customers better.
- Execute effective sales strategies by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build positive relationships and foster a teamoriented environment.

Requirements for the Internship:
- Available for a FullTime or PartTime position from Monday to Saturday 12:00 PM 8:00 PM.
- COLLAGE APPROVAL FOR INTERNSHIP
- A strong passion for sales and a desire to become a future entrepreneur.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with potential customers.
- Proficiency in utilizing companyissued TABLET and CRM systems to manage and record sales activities effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation
- Initially compensation will be based on performance in the Field and determined by the number of sales closed by your Team Leader.
- After your first 8 sales within a 30 45 days time period you will be eligible for BONUSES and the positions of Field TRAINER (no drivers license needed) or FIELD Manager (G2/G drivers license preferred): Yearly package ranging between $50k$60k /year once you are promoted to these roles.
