Job Description

Channel Development Manager


Job Summary:

The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing managing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence. This role involves aligning with the companys strategic initiatives to strengthen partnerships and leverage partner networks to achieve mutual business success.

Manager to drive the growth of our Strategic Partnership Engagement team. This role is crucial for building mind share and accelerating AWS adoption across strategic business partners. Youll engage with Csuite executives and field sales reps building highimpact relationships and delivering on revenue and adoption goals across market segments.


What Youll Do:

Lead strategic initiatives with global partners influencing sales outcomes and enhancing AWSs market presence.

Partner across AWS teams to drive growth through enablement practice development and joint business planning.

Build and optimize operational processes report performance metrics and deliver insights to support datadriven decisionmaking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with channel partners. Serve as the main point of contact for partnerrelated business.
  • Strategic Development: Identify recruit and onboard new partners to enhance the companys channel ecosystem.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance providing reports and insights to measure impact and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on Century Solutions Group products and services ensuring partners are wellequipped to represent the brand.
  • Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans set sales targets and execute comarketing initiatives.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and support partnerled deals.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect partner feedback to identify challenges improve processes and drive continuous enhancement of partner programs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends competitive landscape and partner ecosystem developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with marketing product and sales teams to coordinate gotomarket strategies and achieve common goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing IT or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in channel partner management or related roles in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions SaaS products and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
