Those in cloud and network architecture at PwC will focus on designing and implementing efficient and secure solutions for clients. You will be leveraging cuttingedge technologies to optimise infrastructure and enhance connectivity.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Azure Technical Support Specialist with 13 years of experience to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and be dedicated to providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Azure services including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure applications and services.
  • Assist customers in understanding Azure features and functionalities guiding them through best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.
  • Participate in oncall rotation to provide afterhours support as needed.
  • Stay up to date with Azure updates features and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 13 years of experience in technical support or a similar role preferably with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Virtual Machines Azure Active Directory SQL Database) and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Azure Administrator) are a plus.
