Working across sales offices and home workplaces throughout the United States Account Managers are supporting HALOs growth by providing support to HALO Sales leaders (Account Executives). You will be onboarded to learn the rhythm of each Sales leader and collaborate with your fellow Account Managers on an ongoing basis as new client projects roll in.
While HALO does not have any openings for this role at the moment we are looking to proactively source for talented Junior Account Managers and Account Managers in anticipation of Q2 2025 staffing.
HALO is committed to its hybrid workplace model and believes bringing teams together in person on common days is essential to operate as One HALO. As part of this effort we require employees that reside within a 30mile radius of the Sterling IL office to work inperson 13x a week.
Responsibilities
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $50000 and $65000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO these include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates work experience location education and training key skills internal equity external market data and broader market and business considerations.
