Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with over 3 years of expertise in Java React PostgreSQL and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing developing and maintaining complex software applications. They will be responsible for leading projects mentoring junior developers and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain highperformance scalable software applications using Java React PostgreSQL and AWS.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers providing guidance and support to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Conduct code reviews unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins Maven and Git.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience 3 years) working as a Software Developer with a focus on Java React PostgreSQL and AWS.
- Strong understanding of ObjectOriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles and software development best practices.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and associated frameworks (Spring Boot Hibernate etc..
- Handson experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda API Gateway and others relevant to application deployment and maintenance.
- Proficiency in data modeling database design and writing efficient SQL queries using PostgreSQL.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical domain industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with DB2 database is a plus.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
