Primary Location:Burnaby BC (Head Office)
Remote Work Eligibility:Open to candidates within Canada.

Position Summary:
We are excited to expand our team with a fulltime Software Developer. Reporting to the Development Team Lead the Software Developer Level 1 is responsible for the efficient design and delivery of highquality software solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX) to meet client needs.
A typical day as a Software Developer:
- Support full lifecycle application development; Tailor software solutions customizations and enhancements for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Produce clean and efficient code based on requirement documents following Binary Stream guidelines and best practices.
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging of new and existing systems.
- Troubleshoot level 1 tickets following Binary Stream ticket tracking and documentation guidelines.
- Demos the solutions to the other development team members (QA / Dev team).
- Conduct research & development on existing product features
- Collaborate with the team and shares feedback including what went well and what we can improve.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related business discipline and or equivalent work experience.
- Up to 2 years of Software Development experience developing business application software preferably ERP software.
- Experience with SQL Server .NET objectoriented concepts (ie. JAVA C# C etc. and other MS tools.
- Software development experience in business software.
- Knowledge of basic business principles.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations/AX considered an asset.

At Binary Stream we know compensation is important to our people. To stay competitive with our pay and benefits annually we collect and analyze industry benchmarking data from the technology sector across Canada. This data is used to regularly update our salary ranges.
Pay Range Insights:This pay range signifies the minimum and maximum for a new hire in this role. The pay we offer a successful candidate will be determined by factors including the candidates knowledge skills abilities and experience. In exceptional cases the compensation we offer may fall outside this range.
Pay Range for new hires:CAD $71300 $85500
