Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. This fulltime juniorlevel position is based in Naroda. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for supporting HR operations that align with our company objectives across our global recruitment and consultancy services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems to efficiently manage and automate HR processes and data.
  • Proven skills in talent acquisition ensuring the identification and recruitment of topquality candidates.
  • Strong employee relations skills to effectively manage and resolve workplace issues and concerns.
  • Experience in performance management to foster and maintain a highperforming work environment.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits management to design competitive packages.
  • Knowledgeable in labor law compliance to ensure the organization adheres to all regulations.
  • Adept at implementing diversity and inclusion strategies to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives to support organizational changes and improvements.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations by implementing effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process to attract select and retain the best talent for various roles.
  • Facilitate employee relations and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems to optimize employee performance.
  • Ensure accurate and effective management of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Stay informed on relevant labor laws and ensure organizational compliance with legal standards.
  • Contribute to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce through strategic initiatives and policies.
  • Participate in change management activities to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
