Job Description
Role Overview:
The Senior AssociateLeadership Office will work closely with the CEO and leadership
team on highimpact special projects that drive the growth and engagement of the THub
community. This role is ideal for colleagues who like to roll up their sleeves get things
done and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing special projects aligned with THubs vision and
longterm goals.
Conduct market research data analysis and benchmarking to support decision
making.
Rally internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the intended goals
Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
35 years of experience in strategy consulting venture capital corporate strategy
or community engagement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong datadriven decisionmaking and capabilities.
Ability to manage multistakeholder projects and policy initiatives.
