Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical history and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
Order interpret and analyze diagnostic tests including laboratory tests.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidencebased practices.
Provide treatment regimens in accordance with state laws and regulations.
Provide personalized consultations and advanced wellness treatments including BHRT pellet insertions.
Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding disease prevention healthy lifestyles and treatment options.
Collaborate closely with physicians Health Coach and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
Document all patient interactions assessments and treatment plans accurately and promptly in electronic medical records (EMRs).
Stay current with medical advancements and participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and policies.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing (for NPs) or a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for PAs).
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (e.g. ANCC AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs).
Valid state licensure to practice as an NP or PA in California.
Minimum clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong clinical assessment diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teambased environment.
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
