Job Description
The role:
Due to an upcoming parental leave we have a fixed term 12month opportunity as a Regional Manager with our Sydney South and Illawarra Team.
How youll be making an impact in peoples lives:
- Drive growth and elite business work and wellness performance
- Continue WorkFocus journey towards being the biggest and best wellness and work provider in NSW
- Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance to meet state benchmarks
- Foster our employerofchoice environment to ensure individuals are meeting professional development and career goals
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation
- Embed a culture that always maintains a customer focus
- Create and nurture strong outcomedriven relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting to the Area Manager of NSW
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role:
- Tertiary Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy Exercise Physiology Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant accreditation.
Highly suited to:
- An experienced Team Leader Injury Management Specialist or Account Manager looking to take a step up into a Regional Manager role.
