Sales Manager North Region
Your Tasks:
1)Strategy and :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts.
- Identify growth opportunities and new markets within the region.
2)Team Management:
- Lead coach and motivate sales teams across the region.
- Set performance expectations conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance.
- Organize and lead team meetings to align on sales goals and best practices.
3)Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Address client inquiries resolve issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential business opportunities and crossselling opportunities.
4)Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and track regional sales performance against targets.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to manage sales data and forecast trends.
5)Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing product and operations to align on strategies.
- Coordinate with other regional managers to ensure consistency in sales efforts and best practices across regions.
Your Profile:
- Any bachelors degree graduate with min. 12 years of experience in IAM (Independent Aftermarket) Auto Parts Sales (PC Segment)
- Strong experience in Team handling & stakeholder management skills
- String exp. in Channel sales/Distributormanagement
- Strong knowledge in Automotive PV segment
- Strong influencing and communication skills
