Commoditas is partnering with a prestigious energy trading firm in London to find an experienced LNG ETRM Implementation Specialist. This role involves assisting in the implementation of a global LNG ETRM system and developing it to meet the requirements of the global business. Join a dynamic team analyze and coordinate user requests and manage user expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing a global LNG ETRM system
- Gather business requirements and model business processes.
- Describe solutions at a functional level including key assumptions and dependencies.
- Detail the business processes the solution will cover and the impact of the changes to be delivered.
- Resolve detailed issues on requirements broker decisions and achieve consensus.
- Support the creation and of test strategies and test cases.
- Assist technical resources in designing solutions to ensure full coverage of business processes and requirements.
- Support decisionmaking around phased delivery of the solution.
- Assist with change management activities including benefits realization planning training and communications.
- Estimate the level of effort required for future project phases.
- Work autonomously and within a team to deliver technologyenabled business change.
Skills Experience & Competencies
- Significant expertise in LNG trading.
- Expertise with ETRM systems such as: Openlink Endur Allegro Enuit Planlogic EoS etc.
- Exposure to shipping management.
- Strong understanding of trading risk and product control processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data flows within an energy trading business.
- Understanding of trading and financial terminology.
- Experience in specifying and writing functional specifications and business requirements for development teams.
- Ability to adapt to and manage changing business priorities and manage business expectations.
- Proven track record of working closely with key business stakeholders (front middle back office) to understand and document requirements.
- Experience in running workshops and writing up results.
