This individual contributor position will lead Supplier Relationship & Risk Management across all enterprise functions. As a Specialist Procurement Shared Services you will be responsible for creating and implementing process improvements for the Enterprises initial engagement with the Enablement Team. This role involves monitoring mitigating and managing thirdparty risks in line with internal policies and standards. Additionally this role will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the Supplier lifecycle and maintaining Supplier Relationship Management. In this position there will be a heavy focus on building advocacy across the organization building trust amongst peers and influencing others to properly engage with the Enablement Team.  

Main Responsibilities:

Supplier Management 

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and verifications of new potential Suppliers prior to establishing a business relationship with them.  
• Facilitate the issuance and completion of NonDisclosure Agreements (NDAs) and monitor their expiration dates. 
• Conduct reviews of the Suppliers profile credentials references certifications and financial statements.  
• Conduct reviews of the Suppliers capabilities quality/safety standards and compliance with the companys policies and requirements.  
• Process and approve requests from internal or external stakeholders to add new Suppliers to the companys approved Supplier list. This includes verifying the urgency of the request as well as the availability and suitability of the existing Suppliers for the requested products or services.  
• Obtain the necessary approvals and documentation to authorize the new Supplier relationships as well as communicating to the necessary stakeholders once the Supplier has been officially onboarded. 
• Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Information Security Team and Legal to issue our OneTrust Risk Assessment to Suppliers which will ensure that the companys information security policies and standards are adhered to by the Suppliers.  
• Collaborate with the Information Security Legal and Supplier to resolve any information security issues that might arise during the risk assessment. 
• Keen ability in influencing various levels of leadership building trusting relationships and guiding stakeholders in decision making.

Risk Management 

• Communicate and document thirdparty risks controls service gaps and track associated action plans 
• Report and document any Supplier risk in support of Supplier Risk Profiles business impact analysis and enterprise risk aggregation 
• Monitor Supplier Risk during the Supplier lifecycle (Onboarding Continuous Monitoring Performance and Offboarding) 
• Support and participate with Internal Audit Risk Committees 
• Support Supplier Governance and Compliance activities as required 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.  
• Min 2 4 years of experience with exposure in the Procurement/Supply Chain space with experience supporting various enterprise functions such as IT Marketing Finance International Operations and HR 
• Experience with working in strategic aspects of Risk Sourcing and/or Supply Chain processes 
• Experience developing or managing Supplier Risk programs 
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate results to multiple levels of management 
• Expert in building rapport establishing partnerships time management and strong organizational and influence skills 
• Experience in working with crossfunctional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across different departments and locations 
• Strong oral/written communication skills attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output 
• Proven ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision quickly assess new technologies and identify applications manage complex issues concurrently and work under strict deadlines and in a rapidly changing environment
