Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment by managing various human resources functions including workers compensation employee relations compliance recruitment and onboarding. This position requires a versatile HR professional who can handle a broad range of duties ensuring that HR practices align with the organizations goals and legal requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 34 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to employee relations and workers compensation.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Prior experience managing Workers Compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining legal compliance.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with business partners.
  • Bilingual preferred not required.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting with strong attention to detail.
