Job Description
Shape the future of Scalables new fully vertically integrated investment platform. Scalables Broker digital Wealth Management and Credit offerings are seamlessly integrated into a newly developed technology platform.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager (PM) to own the intersection with Scalables existing and future product offerings. As the PM you will play a crucial role in developing our platform ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our clients. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Product Ownership: Own the product development process from discovery to launch ensuring highquality delivery of innovative solutions to challenging problems.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals.
- Client Experience: Implement usercentric improvements across Scalables product offerings ensuring that our investment platform meets the evolving expectations of our clients.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams external partners and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
- Delivery Management: Coordinate resources create timelines and manage dependencies across teams to ensure optimal delivery of products.
- Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning retrospectives and crossteam syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.
Qualifications :
- Passion for technology finance and digital products
- Experience in product management ideally in the capital markets or banking domains
- Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloudnative microservicebased technology platforms
- Strong analytical thinking leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
- Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
- Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience software engineer stakeholder or executive
- A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
- Handson mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story you can handle it
- Experience with common agile working tools like Jira Confluence Figma and similar applications
- Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
