Who are we
To enhance the usability design consistency and user experienceacross all Culinary Digital products we are hiring a dedicated UI/UX Designerto work closely with Product Owners and the Product Director. This role willensure seamless design product roadmap alignment and an improveduser experience across all platforms.
The Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with expertise in B2B SaaSapplications to enhance the user experience across all Culinary Digitalproducts. This role will take ownership of design strategy usability productdocumentation visuals and release communication materials. The designer willwork closely with Product Owners the Product Director and engineering teamsto align UI/UX improvements with business goals market trends and developmentroadmaps.
The ideal candidate should have a usercentered design approach strongprototyping skills and the ability to create intuitive engaging and visuallycompelling designs.
Primary Skillset
- 6 8 years of UI/UX design experiencespecifically in B2B SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in Figma Adobe XD Sketch orsimilar tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principlesusability testing and usercentered design.
- Ability to collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and align design with market trends.
- Basic frontend knowledge (HTML CSSJavaScript frameworks) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience with user researchmethodologies usability testing and A/B testing.
- Strong communication skills to present anddefend design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrumenvironment with crossfunctional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work on SaaSproducts are a must.
Secondary Skillset
- Experience in designing for food servicehealthcare ecommerce or hospitality industries.
- Familiarity with AIdriven UI/UXenhancements and datadriven design.
- Experience working with design systems andcomponent libraries.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG ADAcompliance).
- Ability to create designdriven marketingand sales materials.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design & Product Enhancements
- Design and improve user interfaces across all Culinary Digital SaaS products ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and enhance Culinary Digitals design system ensuring a unified design language across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixelperfect implementation of UI components.
2. Collaboration with Product Teams & Roadmap Alignment
- Work closely with Product Owners to integrate UI/UX improvements into the product roadmap.
- Engage with the Product Director to align designs with strategic business goals and market trends.
- Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement and product discussions to ensure design priorities are considered in development cycles.
- Provide UX research insights and recommendations to support product decisionmaking.
3. Product Documentation & Release Communication
- Prepare designer presentations to communicate product features design updates and UX research findings.
- Create visual assets for release launch emails product documentation and marketing materials to ensure clear and engaging communication.
- Work with marketing and customer success teams to develop designdriven onboarding materials.
4. User Research & Experience Optimization
- Conduct usability testing A/B testing and UX audits to gather insights and optimize workflows.
- Develop user personas journey maps and information architecture for new and existing features.
- Identify pain points and areas for improvement ensuring seamless user interactions across products.
5. Design Testing & Accessibility Compliance
- Work with the QA team to validate UI elements for responsiveness accessibility (WCAG/ADA compliance) and usability.
- Optimize designs based on performance metrics analytics and customer feedback.
Technical & Design Skills
- Expertise inFigma Adobe XD Sketch or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge ofusercentered design (UCD) usability testing and UX research methodologies.
- Ability to createwireframes interactive prototypes and highfidelity UI designs.
- Understanding ofdesign systems component libraries and responsive design best practices.
- Basic frontend development knowledge (HTML CSS JavaScript frameworks)to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Familiarity withaccessibility standards (WCAG ADA compliance).
- Experience inA/B testing heat maps and analyticsdriven design improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Ability towork closely with Product Owners the Product Director and Development Teamsto align design with product roadmaps and business strategy.

- Experience working in anAgile/Scrum environment participating insprint planning backlog grooming and user story refinement.
