Job Opening: Commercial Lending Process Executive
Location
- Chennai/Mumbai
Experience
- 2 to 10 years
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong cohesion understanding and articulation.
Education
- Preference for candidates with a background in Commerce and Arts (No MBA/BE/B.tech/M.tech)
Shift
- Night shifts Candidates should be comfortable with 6 days working (allowance or comp off would be given for the 6th day).
Mode
- WFO
Qualification
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Commerce Finance & accounting
Shift
- Shift starts from 5:30 PM
Skill Set
- Graduates (BCOM. with strong communication skills in comprehension and writing.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Preferably experienced in mortgage with knowledge of mortgage documents and the ability to review and identify any red flags in the documents and information provided in the client system.
Job Description for Commercial Lending
The Commercial Lending Process Executive will be responsible for managing and executing thousands of Corporate & Syndicated Loan transactions Commercial Real Estate and SBA loans daily. This role involves trade processing & confirmation settlement fail management risk management and client service. The ideal candidate will contribute to building and supporting commercial loan products processes and services to enhance efficiency and quality while also seeking innovative ways to meet clients evolving needs.
