Job Description

In a nutshell

In this role youll drives digital visibility by developing audience and content strategies to boost engagement across platforms like TikTok Instagram YouTube and our own Red Bull TV and Red Bull website. Leading a social media manager youll ensure global consistency collaborate with content producers and align programming strategies with marketing goals while leveraging data and insights to guide content creation and engagement.

 

Digital Strategy & Audience Engagement

Youll develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that engages new and existing audiences across Red Bull channels. By collaborating with the audience insights team and leveraging data analysis youll create content strategies that cater to platform needs and resonate with target audiences.

 

Channel Management & Content Activation

Youll serve as the primary contact for Winter and Adventure owned and managed channels including Red Bull TV. Collaborating with programming and channel management teams youll activate key films events content formats and athlete projects while aligning internal platform strategies for effective content releases.

 

Project Assessment & Collaboration

Youll assess project outcomes and translate learnings into educational materials to guide longterm planning and strategy refinement. Additionally youll collaborate with producers development teams and content partners to identify coproduction and distribution opportunities to ensure strategic growth and alignment.


Qualifications :

  • 5 years experience in digital strategy or publishing content on major brand (social) media platforms
  • Leadership experience good presenter and motivator handson not afraid to run accounts when needed
  • Digital industry knowledge. You live and breathe the internet.
  • Strong ability to critically analyse social media digital products video consumption patterns and social media platform algorithms to inform strategy and concrete initiatives.
  • A team player and selfstarter mentality curious structured and a good mediator who aligns and coordinates conflicts of interest. Passionate about telling strong and authentic stories.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages not required but considered an asset.


Additional Information :

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.303 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
