About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader this role is responsible for supporting student engagement and preassessment processes for various Asuria Training Programs.
The role is focused on outbound calls to students for preassessment and support ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining student records and assisting with onboarding processes within a target driven environment.You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure students receive timely and relevant support during preassessment processes.
This is a permanent part time position MonFri 30.4 hours per week. Flexibility to work 5 days part time hours or 4 full days.
Requirements:
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
