A dynamic secondary school in Barnet is seeking an enthusiastic SENDCo to lead its SEND provision from September 2025.
Your Role as SENDCo:
- Champion and lead the schools provision for students with SEND ensuring every young person receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
- Oversee the creation implementation and review of EHCPs working closely with teachers families and external agencies.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff fostering a culture of inclusive teaching.
- Monitor progress and assess the impact of interventions to ensure exceptional outcomes for students with SEND.
