A CA role built for you
As a Contract Administrator at Built youll be an integral member of our project teams delivering work across all builtforms ranging from $100K to $1 billion.
Our Contract Administrators are across all commercial aspects of our projects and collaborate with all stakeholders make sure everyone succeeds.

The NSW Construction team are currently involved in multiple projects ranging from $50M to $1 billion with an enthusiastic CA invited to join the team immediately on a highprofile major project in the Sydney CBD valued upwards of $500M.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of all commercial activities of one of our most highprofile projects. This role will also be responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract subcontracts consultant and supply agreements quality management systems policies guidelines and project specific procedures.

Here are the essentials youll need for this role:
- Possess a relevant building related degree
- Have extensive experience managing contracts on large Construction projects
- Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
Heres what else were looking for:
- Youll be competent in contract/construction law and statutory and legal obligations for building design and construction. Youll also understand financial reporting concepts.
- Youll have experience across various types of projects such as Design and Construct contracts Construct Only contracts and construction management contracts using (amended) Standard Form Contracts.
- Your people skills will be first class. Youll know how to bring everyone together finding shared goals and aggregating resources to deliver projects and jobs. And youll do this by building trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
- Youll know how to communicate openly and with influence! And youll be able to organise and prioritise without compromise.
- Your attention to detail and ability to be across deadlines deliverables and contractual elements will be secondtonone.
