AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. Located in a prestigious 5star hotel with 6 dining outlets you will be at the heart of culinary innovation and highquality service. If you are a creative organized chef eager to thrive in a stimulating environment this position is for you!
Highquality culinary preparation: You will be responsible for preparing and setting up dishes ensuring they meet Ws standards.
Station management: As a Chef de Partie you will supervise a team of commis and demichefs de partie ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated for smooth and fast service.
Maintaining quality and hygiene: You will ensure the quality of the products and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Participation in innovation: You will bring new ideas and be proactive in improving kitchen processes in collaboration with the team.
Ensuring communication with other departments: You will work closely with the frontofhouse team to ensure a flawless customer experience.

PROFILE
Proven experience: You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a highend gastronomic environment 5star hotels Michelinstarred restaurants etc..
Passion and culinary creativity: You are passionate about gastronomy with a strong desire to refine your skills and add your personal touch to dish creation.
Excellent organizational skills: You are methodical capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining an impeccable attention to detail.
Team spirit and leadership: You enjoy working in a team motivating your colleagues and are comfortable leading a brigade during your shift.
