JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
The Site Ops Coordinator for Levis ecommerce production team drives operational excellence for the team; serves as primary contact for issues with tools or the customer experience working crossfunctionally to resolve issues and deliver consistent results; advocates for enhancements and upgrades to tools and processes with a focus on the impact to the customer; performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
Manage site refreshes and web projects in partnership with cross functional teams to prioritize troubleshoot and provide communication to business stakeholders.
Develop and manage project workflows timelines and roadmaps for various business plans and objectives; maintain optimal production processes to ensure deliverables and milestones are met with consistency and accuracy.
Supports ecommerce promotional activities on a regular basis.
Executes navigation changes and category management in backend system to support site merchandising initiatives.
Optimize the operational effectiveness of existing processes by identifying opportunities for process change and innovation.
Proactively identify issues or errors on site throughout the customer experience; be first point of contact for crossfunctional business teams when content/product and tool issues occur. Work with appropriate teams to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to business teams and leadership.
Regular dependable attendance & punctuality.
Education/Experience
BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
13 years of detailed task planning and experience
13 years of related online experience with a strong preference for ecommerce
Proficent in Excel
Proven project management skills
The expected starting salary range for this role is$51400 $80000.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications experience skills performance and business needs.
