We are looking for a strategic and passionate leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations who will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence maximizing clinic performance and supporting franchise success.
Position Summary:The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations to drive operational excellence accelerate growth and enhance the experience for both our patients and franchisees. As a key member of the executive team this leader will architect and execute strategies that optimize unit economics enhance efficiency and position the brand for longterm success. Reporting directly to the CEO this individual will be the driving force behind operational innovation ensuring our corporate and franchise clinics achieve peak performance and deliver bestinclass service.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operational Leadership- Develop and implement a cohesive operations strategy that drives efficiency scalability and profitability across both corporate and franchise operations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs focused on operational excellence clinic performance and franchisee satisfaction ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align operational goals with the overall strategic direction of the company.
Operational Excellence and Efficiency- Identify opportunities to streamline processes reduce costs and improve overall clinic efficiency and service quality.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent highquality service across all clinics.
- Drive improvements in unit economics by optimizing resources reducing waste and maximizing productivity.
Field Leadership and Franchise Support- Lead and develop a highperforming field leadership team that supports and empowers franchisees to achieve operational success and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that franchisees receive effective training operational guidance and ongoing support to meet brand standards and business goals.
- Serve as a point of contact and advocate for franchisees fostering a collaborative relationship between the corporate office and the franchise network.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement- Champion innovation by identifying and implementing new tools technologies and strategies that enhance clinic operations and improve the patient experience.
- Conduct market and industry research to stay ahead of emerging trends and adopt new approaches that differentiate The Joint Chiropractic.
- Lead pilot programs and initiatives to test and roll out new operational improvements across both corporate and franchise clinics.
Team Development and CrossFunctional Collaboration- Develop mentor and inspire a highperforming operations training and field leadership team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Work closely with other departments including Marketing Finance HR and IT to ensure crossfunctional alignment and seamless operations.
- Promote a patientfocused culture that prioritizes service trust and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in multiunit operations management specifically within a large similarly sized franchisor brand.
- Proven track record of overseeing large dispersed teams and delivering results in a complex multisite environment.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and unit economics.
- Demonstrated experience in determining the operational vision driving operational improvements standardizing processes and implementing innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical strategic planning and problemsolving skills with the ability to balance longterm vision with daytoday operational demands.
Compensation:- Salary: $250k $300k plus a shortterm incentive program and a longterm incentive program

This role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an inoffice presence at our Scottsdale AZ headquarters at least three days per week (TuesdayThursday).
