One Team: We dont think of ourselves as Product Managers Engineers Data Analysts or Acquisition Marketers. Wed rather align ourselves to the goals were working to achieve and make sure we have the necessary subject matter expertise to drive meaningful impact. We Derisk Assumptions: We are not beholden to ideas. We have goals and believe everything beyond that is a series of hypotheses to validate. We constantly ask ourselves Whats the most important thing I should be working on right now How do I confirm or reject that assumption as fast as possible. We rarely have timelines/deadlines and constantly take in new information and adjust our priorities accordingly. We dont expect to be perfect the first time but by derisking assumptions and remaining customerfocused we are pretty on target.

How Youll Make An Impact
- Creating intuitive videofirst interfaces that revolutionize business management
- Positioning our company at the forefront of the AI transformation in our industry
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our core product using AIpowered solutions
- Work closely with customerfacing teams to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
- Launch new features build new mobile and web experiences develop requirements and define success metrics
- Deeply understand our products and customers to build frictionless customer experiences to maximize adoption and retention
- Collaborate with engineering design and data science teams to deliver value using AI
- Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive valuable user experiences
What Youll Bring (Were Excited About You Because)
- 5 years of product management experience with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products
- Demonstrated success in shipping consumer or business products leveraging artificial intelligence
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including computer vision NLP and conversational interfaces
- You have strong crossfunctional collaboration skills understanding that impact comes from empowering others rather than doing everything yourself
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire teams and stakeholders
- Youre a strategic thinker who looks around corners thinking several steps ahead while maintaining an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Bonus Points
- Youre familiar with and have used the set of practices outlined in Continuous Discovery Habits by Teresa Torres
- Experience with mobilefirst product development
- Youve spent a good portion of your career developing consumerfacing solutions
Benefits & Compensation
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range is $160000$185000per year and is based on experience.We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
