About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our growing Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics team in India. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining highimpact Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. You will work with cuttingedge technologies such as Alteryx ThoughtSpot Power BI SQL while collaborating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. As a senior consultant you will play a leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of BI solutions that help clients maximize the value of their data.
You will bring a combination of technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive solutions mentor junior team members and provide strategic insights for clients. You will also lead the data analytics initiatives and contribute to the continuous development and growth of Billigences analytics offering.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the design development and implementation of highquality Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Alteryx ThoughtSpot Power BI and SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs define analytics requirements and develop customized BI solutions.
- Manage endtoend BI solution delivery from data collection and preparation to the development of dashboards reports and visualizations.
- Utilize data modelling techniques to structure data and implement advanced analytics workflows.
- Prepare and present advanced predictive and prescriptive models to inform strategic business decisions.
- Lead the development of efficient data pipelines to ensure data integrity accuracy and accessibility.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide coaching to help them advance in their technical skills and career growth.
- Provide training and support for business users to effectively leverage BI tools in making datadriven decisions.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics constantly refining your skills and obtaining relevant certifications.
- Actively contribute to Billigences data analytics strategy by identifying opportunities for process improvements automation and optimization.
What Youll Need:
- Strong proficiency in data modeling ETL processes and data pipeline design.
- Expertise in SQL and experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or ThoughtSpot for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience with cloudbased data warehouses like Azure Snowflake BigQuery or AWS Redshift.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on addressing complex data challenges.
- Experience leading projects and teams to deliver datadriven solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent soft skills including strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members offering guidance in both technical and professional aspects.
- A proactive and selfmotivated approach to learning new tools technologies and industry best practices.
