THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional to join our team. This role requires over 12 years of marketing experience in the agricultural industry. If you have a proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities we want to hear from you!
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- market customer and competitor knowledge to forecast business impacts and plan actions to deliver the annual plan.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the agricultural sector.
- Identify research needs commissions study and applies outputs.
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns ensuring they align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish and monitor the strategic pricing corridors for the given portfolio and where warranted recommend pricing actions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop demand forecast and sales plan for given segment for the 18month horizon. Zoom at detailed/granular levels when appropriate on key items.
- Aligns the demand planning sales and finance teams in the generation of the financial forecast for the 18month horizons.
- Monitor and manage P&L to ensure financial targets are met.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Twelve years marketing experience in the Agriculture industry
- Bachelors Degree required (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
