Make an impact at Serco

As a Health Services Manager at the Clarence Correctional Centre youll lead a multidisciplinary health services team in a stateoftheart facility housing 1700 inmates. Reporting to the General Manager youll be at the forefront of delivering evidencebased healthcare to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

As a Health Services Manager youll make a positive impact by:

• Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals including nurses doctors and allied health staff
• Overseeing clinical and corporate governance to ensure safe efficient and highquality healthcare delivery
• Managing budgets and resources effectively for sustainable health service operations
• Embedding continuous improvement practices for compliance and accreditation
• Ensure the integrity of patient management systems and records are maintained
• Support recruitment training and development of clinical and nonclinical staff

To be successful in this role youll have:

• Experience at a senior level in leading and managing complex multidisciplinary health services
• Bachelors degree in nursing and/or Paramedicine
• Postgraduate qualifications in Healthcare Management or Business Administration are highly desirable
• Strong leadership communication and team development skills
• Knowledge of clinical governance risk management and quality assurance processes
