We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council as a Project Manager/Business Analyst (Housing) for a twoyear fixed term contract.
The Role
We are looking for an individual to provide Project Management and Business Analytical services to lead and manage corporate projects with a specific focus on the Housing Service Area to realise service efficiencies and implement business change delivering to the core programme of our Strategic Plan and essential service improvements.
The focus of the role will have a digital bias; however this role will be leading corporate projects to implement lean and streamlined business processes including implementing new and upgraded business systems new online services with user and customer focussed design at the heart of delivery. This role will work to the needs of the Housing service area particularly our Housing tenancy services but based in the central digital team to ensure systems are delivered effectively and to required standards.
What you will need
You will have experience of delivering projects that include digital transformation as part of the solution along with knowledge of delivering business improvement in a multi disciplined organisation. Project Management qualifications / training is desirable with at least three years proven experience working in a project management related role.
