Position: Internal Medicine Program Director
Location: Dayton OH
Job Type: Fulltime
Seeking an experienced physicianeducator to serve as the ProgramDirector for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. This leadership roleoffers the opportunity to guide the strategic and daytoday direction of awellestablished program committed to excellence in clinical training academicdevelopment and patientcentered care.
Position Highlights:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the Internal Medicine residency program
- Responsible for curriculum design accreditation compliance faculty mentorship and resident recruitment
- Active clinical role alongside educational leadership responsibilities
- Foster a culture of excellence professionalism and innovation
- Work closely with GME leadership and institutional partners to maintain program growth and success

Qualifications:
- MD or DO Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience and at least 5 years in graduate medical education
- Demonstrated leadership in academic medicine (e.g. APD Committee Chair or related roles)
- Indepth knowledge of ACGME standards and GME compliance
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Ohio
