1. Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multicountry implementation for international or domestic customers.
2. Must have good knowledge and handson experience of Employee Central all functionalities Foundation Position Management Employee Master Data Employee Life Cycle Events Time Off and Benefits.
3. Time Tracking is all about Clock in/out and is different from leave management.
4. Configured Time Tracking objects such as Time Event Types Time Event Pairs Clock In Clock Out Groups and Time type derivation.
5. Enabling and Assigning Clock In Clock Out Groups to Employee Job information for Time Tracking enablement
6. Configured workflows for time events manual entry and enabled reasons for manual event entries.
