TECH Advisor
The TECH Advisor position is considered to be a senior technical expert in the TECH areas of the store who will play a critical role in assisting customers as well as coaching and sales training of TECH Specialists in the TECH area in order to deliver a superior customer experience.
This position will provide technical sales advice and sales support in their area of expertise for audio video equipment photo electronic equipment computer equipment and peripheral devices along with all related TECH services that we offer to customers.
In addition the TECH Advisor will also assist at the PhotoLab Counter assisting customers with the ordering of products on the kiosks and picking up of completed PhotoLab orders along the fulfillment Passport/ID photos for customers.
