Who Youll Be Working With

As a Solutions Engineer III youll play a key role in building custom scalable solutions that bridge the gap between media and technology helping some of the worlds most ambitious brands achieve their goals.
Youll collaborate with engineers product managers and crossfunctional teams to improve internal products create new features and drive innovation. What Youll Be Doing
- Ensure code quality and product output align with PMGs best practices and industry standards.
- Take full ownership of at least one highimpact project leading it from concept to .
- Work directly with technical and crossfunctional teams to enhance internal products and define requirements for new features.
- Contribute to the roadmap for custom solutions ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Review pull requests (PRs) to maintain best practices provide feedback and offer technical guidance to teammates.
- Develop expertise in at least one media channel serving as the bridge between media and technology to drive innovation.
- Proactively explore and introduce new technologies to solve challenges beyond the teams current knowledge base.
- Lead team brainstorms and knowledgesharing sessions helping shape and implement new ideas.
- Ship highquality unittested code in Python (or similar languages) while providing thoughtful feedback to others.
What You Will Bring
- 3 years of experience in software engineering solutions engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript React and Python with a focus on writing clean maintainable code.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB) and backend frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Handson experience writing unit tests using Jest Mocha or similar frameworks to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Familiarity with API development and integration including RESTful and GraphQL services.
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines Docker and cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
- Exposure to infrastructureascode tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate and streamline deployments.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- A passion for mentorship and collaboration helping teammates grow through code reviews pair programming and knowledge sharing.
- A bachelors degree in information systems computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
