Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedAnsible Automation L3 Engineer (AAP)to join our team. The ideal candidate should have handson experience inAnsible Ansible Tower andPlaybook development. The role involves managing onpremise automation solutions troubleshooting and providing Level 3 support for automationrelated issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and optimizeAnsible Playbooksfor IT automation.
Manage and configureAnsible Automation Platform (AAP) / Ansible Tower.
Troubleshoot and resolveL3levelautomation issues and provide support to the IT team.
Implement onpremise automation solutions and integrate them with existing infrastructure.
Collaborate with DevOps IT operations and security teams to improve automation workflows.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in automation processes.
Monitor and improve the performance of automated systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 5 yearsof experience in Ansible automation and infrastructure automation.
Strong expertise inAnsible Ansible Tower / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
Proficiency in writing and debuggingAnsible Playbooks and Modules.
Experience withonpremise IT infrastructure automation.
Good understanding ofLinux Windows Server networking and cloud environments.
Handson experience in scripting languages likePython Shell scripting or PowerShell.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is a plus.
