Job Description
Duties Include
- Preparing food for residents to dietary requirements under the guidance of the senior cook/chef.
- Ensuring all working practices are compliant to company regulations.
- Ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment is maintained.
- Ensuring resourceful use of food is maintain.
- Complying with all kitchen legal and governance.
