As an Oracle Inside Sales Representative you will beresponsible for driving sales of our Oracles cloud ERP and Infra servicessolutions through outbound and inbound customer interactions. You will workclosely with prospective clients to understand their business needs andposition our Oracles solutions effectively. This role requires a strongability to generate leads build relationships and close deals in afastpaced technologydriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls emails and online channels.
- Sales : Drive sales cycles from initial contact to closure meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend Oracles ERP and Infra solutions that best address their business challenges.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers within client organizations.
- Collaboration: Work with our field sales marketing and technical teams to develop account strategies and drive pipeline growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Oracles product offerings industry trends and competitive landscape.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in ourCRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales preferably in software SaaS or cloud solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex IT solutions and explain them in business terms.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Zoho)
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a strong work ethic.
