We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our client as the Vice President of Professional Services that specializes in Software as a Service. This strategic role involves managing large accounts and overseeing projects that could be as short as a few weeks to multiyear engagements. As the VP of Professional Services you will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes building strong client relationships and leading change management initiatives.
Your role:
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals providing guidance support and mentorship to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government organizations serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs.
- Drive change management initiatives lead conversations around change requests and effectively negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to align strategies and deliver seamless service experiences.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance service delivery.
What youve got:
- Extensive professional services experience within the software space.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts in a SaaSbased consulting or software company.
- Proven experience in change management with a track record of leading and implementing successful change initiatives.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership abilities inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
