About the Role
As the Product Operations Manager at Dow Jones youll help optimize Risk Center ThirdParty (RCTP) Product Operations. This handson position requires a processdriven person with a technical background focusing on efficient bug resolution ISO certification support and streamlined feature releases. You bring two or more years of operations management experience in a technology environment proficiency in B2B platforms
You Will:
Oversee bug resolution processes managing the RCTP Product Strategy escalation inbox for issue resolution & contribute to RCTP ISO certification processes.
Provide service updates to customers.
Help deliver new RCTP features through User Acceptance Testing and customization analysis.
Oversee the tenancy upgrade programme for customized tenancies.
Monitor product performance promptly escalating issues to Technology for remedial action.
Manage endofcontract/offboarding processes.Participate in project planning release management and department procedures.
You Have:
Five years of operations management experience in a technology environment.
Proficiency in common B2B/operational management platforms such as Excel Azure DevOps Salesforce.
Experience with data analysis reporting and project management tools.
Change implementation experience.
