Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $2 billion Michigan bank in their search for a Market President for their northwest Michigan location.While reporting to the Regional President the selected candidate will serve the market by leading the sales and customer service initiatives as well as coaching managers to office success. They will play a vital role in representing the bank through participation in community affairs and key business development.
The qualified candidate will have:
- A Bachelors degree
- Strong lending experience that includes at least 8 years of banking experience
- Proven track record for business development growth
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Leadership ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
