Job Description
Angott Search Group is excited to collaborate with a Midwest regional bank to find a Commercial Lender for the Warsaw Indiana area. This role involves managing a portfolio of mediumsized businesses and complex accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- One to three years of experience in retail or business banking sales (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales with proactive calling skills (preferred).
- Knowledge of cash management products (preferred).
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels both internally and externally.
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with internal partners and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- A Bachelors degree in business economics or finance (preferred).
