Job Description

Salesperson (with potential to grow into Sales Manager)

Monsey NY or Brooklyn NY

70K Base Commission

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Salesperson to join our team with the potential to grow into a Sales Manager role. In this position you will be responsible for generating new business developing client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will work directly with potential clients in the ecommerce space understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions. If youre techsavvy have a strong sales background and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!

As you excel in this role there will be opportunities for growth and leadership responsibilities eventually transitioning into a Sales Manager position where youll lead a team develop sales strategies and drive growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients and generate new business leads.
  • Identify client needs and provide customized software solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm success.
  • Work closely with the support and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • As you progress assist in developing strategies and managing a growing sales team.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales experience ideally in SaaS or technologyrelated industries.
  • (Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape and related tools/services.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Techsavvy and able to quickly learn and understand new software solutions.
  • Goaloriented and able to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Ambition and a desire to take on leadership responsibilities as the role evolves.
