Job Description
This is a parttime 2nd shift position hours 3pm 11pm.

- Thoroughly understand and implement the hotel brand service culture.
- Assisthotel guests efficiently courteously and professionally at all times.
- Promptly and effectively dealwith hotel guest concerns or issues and see thatall are met to the hotel and guest satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Makehotel reservations checkhotel guests in and out postguest charges.
- Beknowledgeable of thehotel brand and various programs (travel programs special offers).
- Bea great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
- Havefull knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Follow all required company cash and credit card procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- One year of hospitality experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
