Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment preferably in a fastpaced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

As a Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM) you will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
