1Password is seeking a marketing analyst to support our marketing team. Your work will contribute to our understanding of our customers and prospective customers while being sensitive to their privacy expectations. You will partner with marketing product and finance teams to measure the success of and optimize marketing activities. You can think strategically and critically and you are passionate about using data to guide decisions.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What were looking for:
- Experience performing actionable diagnostic analysis on marketing performance to produce quality insights and drive business strategies
- Ability to communicate the so what of your work to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Expert SQL skills and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Familiarity with BI tools like Looker Tableau Power BI
- Familiarity with data modeling best practices
- Naturally curious and highly motivated to jump in analyze experiment and learn
- Impeccable attention to detail and data quality
- Bachelors degree and 13 years of analytics / marketing analytics experience
What you can expect:
- Youll drive marketing activities from day 1 by helping Marketing understand whats working and what isnt.
- Youll refine requirements for dashboards and analyses work closely with analytics and data engineers to ensure that we have the necessary data and deliver products that help drive Marketing decisions.
- Youll partner with Revenue Operations Finance and other analytics teams to ensure alignment across different business units at 1Password
- Help Marketing understand what messaging resonates with prospective customers.
- Business partners and stakeholders with a strong desire to use data to guide decisions
- Thoughtful conversations about how to balance the need for data to understand our users and respect for our users privacy
USAbased roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $97000 USD and $131000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.
Canadabased roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $85000 CAD and $115000 CAD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords generous benefits program (health dental RRSP and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password we approach each individuals compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

While we are a remotefirst company occasional travel for inperson engagement will be a part of this role. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities and may include but is not limited to annual departmentwide offsites team meetings and customer/industry events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the US.
