SALES MANAGER @ ACDI
The Sales Manager at ACDI is responsible for leading and managing the sales territorial sales team and product forced sales team across the U.S. This role focuses on driving sales performance fostering customer relationships and implementing strategies to expand ACDIs reach. The ideal candidate will be a handson leader with a strong background in sales management team development and strategic .
In this role you will work closely with other solution representatives to ensure they have the resources guidance and motivation to succeed. You will also collaborate with crossdepartmental teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives. A passion for sales excellence and a customerfirst mindset are key to thriving in this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead coach and develop the territorial sales and product sales teams to achieve revenue goals in which you oversee
Implement and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts and generate new business
Analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategy
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress
Support sales representatives in building strong client relationships and closing deals
Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation and customer engagement efforts
Stay up to date on industry trends competitor strategies and market opportunities
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
Devising and implementing the approved companys sales strategy and monitoring effectiveness
Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators while updating progress regularly
Meeting with the Regional Solutions Directors (RSMs) and other team members on a monthly basis to assess company performance against KPIs.
Speaking at conferences and events about the companys products and services
Keeping up to date on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate
Overseeing performance management of underperforming sales staff
Working closely with the solutions representatives in order to secure accounts
Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales
Ensuring the organization has an effective sales training program
Ensure effective sales pipeline and leadtracking processes are meeting expectations
Ensuring the Zoho CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage
Implementing best practices in sales techniques throughout the department
Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and ethical sales practices
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 57 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership and management role
Strong background in managing inside sales and regional/territorial sales teams
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools working effectively with
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Ability to travel as needed to support sales efforts and attend industry events
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift 15 pounds
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position will oversee the territorial sales and product sales teams and is responsible for hiring training coaching and performance management.
