Your Opportunity
We are seeking a BaristaFullTime MondayFriday; 6:30am1:30pmwhose primary responsibility consist ofperforming dining services duties including kitchen preparation food tray preparation and dining room service. Ensures compliance with all legal and company guidelines

Key Responsibilites:

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Must have knowledge of the fundamentals of dining operational procedures and etiquette.

SPECIAL DEMANDS:
Possesses a genuine interest in caring for and serving older adults while participating as a team player.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Stands or walks most of working shift. Bends reaches lifts or carries supplies china glasses and utensils. Performs light physical work exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a frequent basis and up to 20 pounds of force on an occasional basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education Required:
Must be able to read write speak and follow written and oral directions in English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required.

Experience:
At least one 1 year experience in the coffee service or food and beverage industry preferred.

Employment Variables:
Flexible schedules are required at times to meet Fleet Landings needs.

Supervision:
Reports to the Dining Services Manager

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Sit stands and walks intermittently during workday. Subject to frequent interruptions. Deals with public and personnel under all conditions.
