We are seeking a careerminded Warehouse AssociatePicker to join our 2nd Shift and support the Operations Team in Richmond VA!

Current Seasonal Schedule March November):

Sunday: 8AM until work is complete

Monday Thursday:12:30PM until work is complete

Winter Schedule:

Monday Friday:12:30PM until work is complete

Average is 4050 hours per week.

Compensation:

$20/hour while training

*within 90 days transition to case pay at minimum 180 cases/hour performance bonus*

Responsibilities:

• Utilize voice pick software to find and pull the correct items
• Stack items in ties ensuring minimal breakage
• Maneuver pallets with electric pallet jack to wrapping area
• Aid warehouse team by ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Work with PM Supervisor for warehouse pick enhancements / product relocations which aid the pick team
• Work effectively with team members to foster family environment
• Perform any and all other duties
