Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Success: Oversee all aspects of dealership operations from sales and financial services to the daytoday activities.
Build and Lead a Winning Team: Recruit hire and mentor highperforming sales professionals to excel in a fastpaced automotive retail environment.
Master Deal Closures: Lead the structuring of successful new and used vehicle transactions and perfect the process of vehicle appraisals and valuations.
Collaborate for Success: Forge strong relationships with customers staff and vendors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Innovate and Lead: Develop and implement bold strategies to maintain our competitive edge and drive progress toward our goals.
Qualifications:
Experienced Leader: At least 5 years of sales management experience in the automotive retail industry with a proven ability to lead a team of 10 employees.
Sales Expert: Indepth knowledge of new and used vehicle sales with CRM experience and a track record of converting leads into successful sales.
Financial Services Knowledge: Experience in automotive retail sales and financial services is highly preferred.
Operations Experience: Some experience in fixed operations is beneficial but not required.
Driven SelfStarter: A highenergy individual with a passion for success in the automotive industry.
Effective Communicator: Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire teams and drive results.
Educational Background: A business degree from an accredited institution is preferred along with a clean criminal record check and drivers abstract.
