You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTOMRA Collection is seeking a skilled communication manager with a focus on employer branding and employee communication. We are looking to expand our global team by nearly 1000 new employees globally over the next five years with a strong focus on our new markets in Europe. This growth will include areas ranging from sales representatives and service technicians to software engineers. We need someone to help us attract the right talent by telling our story and aligning with our culture and direction. This role will also cover relevant internal communication initiatives bridging employer branding and employee communication. You will report to our SVP Communication and work in close collaboration with the Communication People & Organization and Talent Acquisition teams globally.
